This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but may be done with other versions, 

and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools.

 

I have found the tubes using for this tutorial on the web, and copyright belongs to the owner

 

Supplies neededQUI

Note: In the zip you can find  4 texture from QUI,

and 2 Beyoncè images .jpg find on the web (I don't remember where).

(Please feel free to use my misteds enclose to the zip)

 

 

Open the images and the texture to  PSP

Extract and save the brushes to your PSP/Brush folder

Set your Foreground  color to #546d82 

and Background #d0d7e1

Then set your foreground to gradient and choose Foreground-Background gradient with this settings:

 

 

 

NB. If you want to do Misted alone, open 1 image,

active Freehand Selection Tool as follows: 

draw a selection near the image as follows

then join the items and leave the mouse

Selection - Invert

Press the Delete Key 1 or 2 times.

Let's begin!

Make a Blend

*Open a new image 700w x 500h transparent background; 

Raster background checked; Color depth 16 million colors

Selections - Select all

Open texture text-06-6, copy, return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste into Selection.

 

Keep Selected!

 

Add a New Raster Layer

Open texture insomniacbg232zfqw0,

Duplicate and close the original

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
with this settings:

copy, return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste into Selection.

 Change the Blend Mode to Multiply

Keep Selected!

 

Add a New Raster Layer

Open texture sf_blend2, copy, return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste into Selection.

Selections - Select none

 Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

Set the foreground to a #2e343a

Add a New Raster Layer

Select the Brush Tool and choose the  ch-brush8,

resize the size to 250, and leave the others with default settings. 

Click the left mouse button one time and place it at the left top corner.

Add other brushes if you like*

 

**Open the 2 Beyoncè-misted

Copy the 1st and then the 2nd return to your working image, 

paste them as new layers, and place it as finished.**

 

Selections - Select all

***Add a New Raster Layer

Open texture insomniacbg01,

Duplicate and close the original

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize

as the previous settings.

Copy,  return to your working image, 

and Paste into selection.

Lower the opacity to 30, change the Blend Mode to Darken

Selections - Select none***

 

Add a New Raster Layer and add your text and your watermark.

 

Change again your Foreground color to #546d82 and with the background to #d0d7e1

set again the gradient  planed at the beginner

 Add a New Raster Layer and flood fill with the gradient

Selection - Select all

Selections - Modify - Contract 6 px

Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select None

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow: 

Change Vertical and Horizontal to -2 and repeat.

Effects - Edge Efects - Enhance

 

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Resize to 90%

 

Now if you want save as .jpg. But if you want glitter it........

Go to:

Tag Beyoncè Glitter
