and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools.

and 2 Beyoncè images .jpg find on the web (I don't remember where).

2nd share Glitter with Constellation This is the continuation of the tutorial: Tag Beyoncè Blend Make the Blend tutorial from *..... to * *Open a new image 700w x 500h transparent background; Raster background checked; Color depth 16 million colors Selections - Select all Open texture text-06-6, copy, return to your working image, Edit - Paste into Selection.
Keep Selected!
Add a New Raster Layer Open texture insomniacbg232zfqw0, Duplicate and close the original Adjust - Hue and
Saturation - Colorize
copy, return to your working image, Edit - Paste into Selection. Change the Blend Mode to Multiply Keep Selected!
Add a New Raster Layer Open texture sf_blend2, copy, return to your working image, Edit - Paste into Selection. Selections - Select none Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Set the foreground to a #2e343a Add a New Raster Layer Select the Brush Tool and choose the ch-brush8, resize the size to 250, and leave the others with default settings. Click the left mouse button one time and place it at the left top corner. Add other brushes if you like*
Selections - Select all Then:***Add a New Raster Layer Open texture insomniacbg01, Duplicate and close the original Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize as the previous settings. Copy, return to your working image, and paste into selection. Lower the Opacity to 30, change the Blend Mode to Darken Selections - Select none*** And then:**Open the 2 Beyoncè-misted, Copy the 1st and then the 2nd, return to your working image, paste them as new layers, and place it as finished.**
In practice what has happened is this: we have inverted previous passages.
Afterwards: Add a New Raster Layer and add your text and your watermark.
Change your Foreground color to #546d82 and the background to #d0d7e1 Then set your foreground to gradient and choose Foreground-Background gradient with this settings:
Add a New Raster Layer and flood fill with the gradient Selection - Select all Selections - Modify - Contract 6 px Press the Delete Key Selections - Select None Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Change Vertical and Horizontal to -2 and repeat. Effects - Edge Efects - Enhance
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Resize to 90%
And now we can go on! Duplicate twice, and rename layers: "1" "2" e "3".
Leave unlock layer 1 and lock the layers 2 and 3 Make sure layer the 1 is active
Open Freehand Selection Tool as follows:
Press the SHIFT You have to select some portion of your image you like glitter, for example as in the following image:
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen Effects - Plugins - AlienSkin Xenofex2 /Constellation
as following settings
click ok.
Lock layer 1, unlock layer 2, Repeat the Constellation, but change the Random Seed. click ok.
Lock layer 2, unlock layer 3, Repeat the Constellation again, but change again the Random Seed. click ok.
Unlock all Layers
Make sure all layers are unlocked and your top layer active.
File - Save as a PSP (Animation shop) file as follows:
Click ok.
Open Animation shop. Open your .psp file. Preview the animation. If you think the tag is too big, resize it. When satisfied, save as a gif
