I found the other ones on the web.
This is an easy tutorial to do
and if you haven't used brushes before,
you might have some fun
Let's begin!

Extract
and copy the brushes to your PSP/Brush
folder.
-
Layers/New
Raster Layer2. Set
your foreground color, select the
brush tool and find the BsPoeticLoveBG
brush, leaving default settings. Click
the left mouse button to place it on
the right on your canvas.
- Layers/New
Raster Layer3. Leave your foreground
color. Select the brush tool and find
the Marnie9 015 brush with this
setting:
Size
500, Step 25, Density 100, Rotation
0,
Opacity
60, Blend Mode: Normal.
Click
the left mouse button to place it on the
left on your canvas.
-
Open
les_cloches.psp
tube copy and paste it as a new Raster
layer 4 onto canvas, resize it to 90%. Whitx
your mover place it on the left corner
at the bottom and lover the opacity to
40.
-
Effects
/Edge Effect /Enhance.
-
Open
the bubbles tubes, copy and paste them
as new Raster Layer5 and new
RasterLayer6. Resize and colourize and
place them like on the finish tag.
lower the opacity to 52.
-
Apply
a drop shadow effect.
-
Open
the heart tube, copy and paste it as
new Raster Layer7, resize to 35%,
colourize, if you like, and lower the
opacity to 44.
-
Apply
a drop shadow effect.
-
Duplicate
the heart tube and you have 2 hearts.
Place it as the finish's.
-
In the zip
file you can find a drop tube. If you
like add it on your tag.

Apply
a drop shadow effect.
-
Add Your
text using an elegant font and apply a
Drop shadow or an Inner Bevel effect
to your tag.
-
Add
your watermark and save as .jpg
