Let's Begin!

Open a new image 400w x 400h transparent background; Raster background checked; 

Color depth 16 million colors, and flood fill with the gradient

Effects /Plugins /PhotoEffex /Scanlines, default settings

Layers - New Raster Layer

Open the Selection Tool,  press the Shift 

and draw some horizontal selections as the following image:

to work better open the Grid:

Keep selected!

Change the gradient in foreground color and flood fill the selections.

Selections - Select none

Adjust - Blur - Blur

Change the Blend Mode to Screen

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible. Rename Raster1

Add New Raster Layer: Raster2

Selections - Select all

Open happy_together_tube, resize to 120%, copy

return to your working image, and  paste into selection.

Lower the opacity to 50, and change the Blend Mode to Screen

Open romantic.tub, resize to 70%, copy

return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer: Raster3.

Place it at the left side, as finished image.

If you like give to it e light shade with the Selection Tool

Now we draw our Mirror 

Add New Raster Layer: Raster 4. Open again the Selection Tool 

with the following settings:

Draw a Rectangle

and flood fill with the foreground. 

Keep selected!

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px, and flood fill with the background. 

Keep selected!

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px, and flood fill with the foreground. 

Keep selected!

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px, and flood fill with the gradient. 

Keep selected!

Open again the romantic.tub, resize to 70%, 

If you like give to it e light shade with the Selection Tool.

Copy, return to your working image, and  paste into selection.

Images - Reflect

Selections - Select none

Now Apply a Drop Shadow to the Mirror.

Go to Raster4, make sure  it is active

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

with this settings:

Vertical 4, Horizontal 0, Opacity 55, Blur 8, Color Black

Open lady's favorites_Tubes, resize to 40%

Copy, return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer.

Place it as finished.

Layer -  New Raster Layer

Add your watermark

Layer -  New Raster Layer

Selections - Select all

Flood fill with the foreground

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px.  Press the Delete Key

Keep selected!

Flood fill with the background. 

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px. Press the Delete Key

Keep selected!

Flood fill with the foreground. 

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px. Press the Delete Key

Keep selected!

Effects - 3d Effects - Drop Shadows,  as follows:

Selections - Select none

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
with this settings:

(Note: You can apply the Colorize to every layers or to the finished image)

Open Freehand Selection Tool as follows:

Press the SHIFT 

You have to select some portion of your image you like glitter,

for example as in the following image:

Duplicate twice, and rename layers: "1" "2" e "3".

Leave unlock layer layer 1 and lock the layers 2 and 3 

Make sure  layer the 1 is active

Effects - Plugins - AlienSkin Xenofex2 /Constellation

click ok.

Lock layer 1, unlock layer 2,

Repeat the Constellation, but change the  Random Seed.

click ok.

Lock layer 2, unlock layer 3,

Repeat the Constellation again, but change again the  Random Seed.

click ok.

Unlock all Layers

Make sure all layers are unlocked and your top layer active.

File - Save as a PSP (Animation shop) file

as follows:

fai attenzione su quale cartella vai a salvare il tuo lavoro.

Clicca su ok.

Open Animation shop.

Open your .psp file.

Preview the animation.

If you think the tag is too small or too big, resize it.

When satisfied, save as a gif
