This tutorial was written using PSP9, 

but may be done with other versions, and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Preparations

Open your tubes and texture

and minimize them to your Psp workspace for now.

When you do this tutorial, bring the follow arrow with you,
just not to lose your place!

Let's begin!

 Open a new image 600x500 px, transparent background; Raster background checked; Color depth 16 million colors

Selections - Select all

Open gh_texture_03,

Copy (Ctrl + C), return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste in to Selection.

Effect - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Copies

2 or 3 times till to have something as the following image

or others as you like

Selections - Select none!

Open PatryMists_Rose_dei_ricordi,

Copy (Ctrl + C), return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste as New Layer.

Layers - Duplicate twice

Name these layers: rose1 - rose2 - rose3

Close layers rose2 - rose3

Highlight the bottom layer  rose1

(you have to sure to activate it)

Image - Resize to 120%

Effect - Plugins - Fm Tile Tols - Blend Emboss

with default settings

Repeat and lower the Opacity to 24.

Lock layer rose1 an unlock  rose2

(you have to sure to activate it)

Resize to 85%

Repeat again the Blend Emboss twice

and lower the Opacity to 24

Place  rose1 e rose2 as the following:

Make sure you are in the rose2

Open Misted_filly___1408__A_note,

Copy (Ctrl + C), return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste as New Layer.

Open Freehand Selection Tool as follows:

You have to select all around the flowers
