This tutorial was written using PSP9 and Animation Shop, 

but may be done with other versions, and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Supplies needed:

Oceania's Scrap:  HERE

Some tubes are by Filly
I find the other ones on the web.

I thank to Filly who has allowed to me to use her tubes!

And also I thank OceanoBlu too!

Plugins: 

Mura' s Meister - Copies

FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

 

 

Open the tubes and the scrap 

and minimize them to your Psp workspace for now.

 

Set your Foreground  color to #bf9d8f  

and the Background #f1e7e5

 

After change your foreground to gradient and choose Foreground-Background gradient with this settings:

 

 

Remember to save often.

 

Let's begin!

 

Open a new image 600w x 500h transparent background; Raster background checked; Color depth 16 million colors and flood fill with the gradient

 

Effects - Plugins - Mura' s Meister - Copies

default settings.

 

Or

You can use the texture sf-tag enclose in the zip file.

 

In this case, open the sf-tag.jpg,

duplicate (shift+D), and close the original.

 

 

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

 

 

Note. If you haven't this plugin, you can go to:

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance

 

 

Open the filly (617) Carolyn Murphy_Tube

Copy, return to your working image, Edit - Paste as New Layer.

With your Mover Tool place it as the finished image.

 

 

Open the Misted_filly_ (813) Flower_Tube

Copy (Ctrl + C), return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste as New Layer (Ctrl. + L).

 

Layers - Arrange - Move down

Place the tube under the Carolyn Murphy and lower the opacity to 48

 

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
with this settings:

 

 

 

Open the filly (636)_Tube

Copy, return to your working image, and paste as New Layer.

 

Resize to 60%

Place it into the square on the left top corner of your image, 

as the finished, and change the Blend Mode to Soft Light

 

 

Open the filly sorry we are closed_Tube

Copy, return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer.

Resize to 70% and after again to 50%

Place it as the finished

 

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
as the previous settings.

 

 

Now open the Oceania's scraprosa

to put on your tags some elements.

 

 

Choose this bow with the key

 

 

Copy,  return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer.

Resize to 60% 

and place it upon the tube sorry we are closed, as the finished

 

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
as the previous settings.

 

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy this image

 

return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Duplicate, and place them as finished.

 

For the Horizontal position go to:

Image - Rotate - Free rotate 

 

 

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
as the previous settings.

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy these balls

 

return to your working image, paste it as New Layer,

and place them as finished, or at your pleasure.

 

Note: For some of these balls I apply the previous colorize, 

changing also the blend mode into Normal

 

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy this one

 

return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Duplicate as you like, and place them as finished, or others at your pleasure.

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy the butterfly

 

return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Resize to 85%, and place it as finished, or others at your pleasure.

Rename this layer: Farfalla

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy this texture

 

return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Resize to 75%, change the Blend Mode to Soft Light, and place it as finished

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy this one

return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Image - Reflect

and place it as finished

 

 

Open the diamond_tube

copy, return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Place it as finished, or other at your pleasure.

 

 

Note: I have put on my tag 3 diamonds, I united them,

and I renamed the layer: Diamonds

 

 

Add some brushes as you like, and your watermark too.

 

 

Now lock the layers Farfalla and Diamonds

Go to your watermark layer (make sure it is active)

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

 

Add a New Raster Layer. 

Selections - Select all

Flood fill with the gradient

Selections - Modify - Contract 10 px

Press the Delete Key

Keep Selected!

Flood fill with the  Foreground

Selections - Modify - Contract 3 px

Press the Delete Key

Keep Selected!

Flood fill with the gradient

Selections - Modify - Contract 5 px

Press the Delete Key

 

Selections - Select none

 

 

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow: 

Change Vertical -2,  Horizontal -4,  and repeat.

 

 

Open again the Oceania's scrap and copy this one

 

 

return to your working image, and  paste it as New Layer.

Place it as finished, or other at your pleasure.

 

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
as the previous settings.

 

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

Unlock all layers

 

You have now the following situation:

 

 

Now lock the layers Farfalla and Uniti 

and make sure you have Diamonds active

 

Duplicate twice and rename them: "D1", "D2" and "D3"

 

Leave unlock D1 and lock layers D2 and D3 

Make sure you have activate layer D1

Selections - Select all

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

 

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise

 

 

Click ok

 

Keep Selected!

 

Lock D1, unlock and active D2

Apply Noise Effect again, but change the noise to 30 

 

Keep Selected!

 

Lock D2, unlock and active D3

Apply Noise Effect again, but change the noise to 40 

 

Selections - Select none

And lock the layer D3 too.

 

 

Unlock and active Layer Farfalla

 

Duplicate twice and rename them: "F1", "F2" and "F3"

 

Leave unlock layer F1 and lock F2 and F3 

Make sure  layer F1 is active

 

Open Freehand Selection Tool as follows:

 

 

You have to select some portion of your butterfly you like glitter,

for example as in the following image:

 

 

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise

 

 

Click ok

 

Keep Selected!

 

Lock F1, unlock and active F2

Apply Noise Effect again, but change the noise to 30 

 

Keep Selected!

 

Lock F2, unlock and active F3

Apply Noise Effect again, but change the noise to 40 

 

Selections - Select none

And lock the layer F3 too.

 

 

Unlock again the layer Uniti

Duplicate twice and rename as "1", "2" and "3"

 

lock all layers

So you have:

 

 

Unlock all number 1

 

 

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Rename it "Uniti1" and then Lock it.

 

 

Now unlock and merge each  layer with number

Rename it "Uniti2" and then Lock it.

 

 

Now unlock and merge each  layer with number 3 

Rename it "Uniti3".

 

Unlock all layers

 

Make sure all layers are unlocked and your top layer active.

 

File - Save as a PSP (Animation shop) file

as follows:

 

 

Click ok.

 

 

Open Animation shop.

Open your .psp file.

Preview the animation.

If you thing the tag is too big resize it.

When satisfied, save as a gif
