This tutorial was written using PSP9 and Animation Shop, 

but may be done with other versions, and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Some tubes are by Filly
I find the other ones on the web.

I thank to Filly who has allowed to me to use her tubes!

Supplies needed: QUI

Plugins: Mehdi - Weaver e Sorting Tiles

Extract and save the brushes to your PSP/Brush folder. 

Extract and save the Bolle_Tube to your PSP/Picture Tube folder. 

Open the tubes and the texture and minimize them 

to your Psp workspace for now.

Set your Foreground  color to #805d5d 

and the Background #eae0e0

Then set your foreground to gradient and choose Foreground-Background gradient with this settings:

Remember to save often.

Open the sf1.jpg,

duplicate (shift+D), and close the original.

Open  camelia1_tube, copy

return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer

Lower the Opacity to 18 and change the Blend Mode to Multiply

Place it as follows:

Layer - New Raster Layer

Set your foreground color, select the Brush Tool 

and choose the  Testo_brush, with default settings. 

Click the left mouse button one time and place it as finished image.

Lower the Opacity to 26, and change the Blend Mode to Luminance (L)

Duplicate and place it at the right side

Open the  book_Tube, copy

return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer

Place it as finished

Open  Tube-filly_valentine gift boxes, copy

return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
with this settings:

Image - Resize to 30%

Place it as finished

Open  Misted_filly_( 1373) Beauty Angel, copy

return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer

Image - Resize to  75%

Images - Reflect

and place it as finished

Open again   camelia1_tube , copy

return to your working image, and  paste as New Layer

Image - Resize to  70%  and again 70%

and then to 90%

Note: I prefer to resize images in two or three time 

because of the best resolution.

Duplicate twice, so you have 3 images.

Resize still the 3rd  to 90%

Now place them under dhe angel

as the finished image

Layer - New Raster Layer

Set your background color, Open again the Brush Tool 

and choose  aRavenBrush!poem!shine, with default settings. 

Click the left mouse button one time and place it as finished image.

Effects - 3d Effects - Drop Shadows,  as follows:

Change Vertical and Horizontal  -1, and repeat

Layer - New Raster Layer

Leave your background color, Open again the Brush Tool and choose GwenStefani_brushbyPOISON 018, with default settings. 

Click the left mouse button one time and place it as finished image.

Apply the same Drop Shadow using the settings shown before.

Layer - New Raster Layer

Add your watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Layer - New Raster Layer

Flood fill with the gradient

Selections - Select all

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px. Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select none

Effects - 3d Effects - Drop Shadows,  as follows:

Change Vertical and Horizontal  -1, and repeat

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Keep this image (aside) for now.

Open a new image 600w x 500h transparent background; 

Raster background checked; Color depth 16 million colors

Flood fill with the gradient

Selections - Select all

Layer - New Raster Layer

Open  camelia1_tube, copy

return to your working image, and  paste into selection

Selections - Select none

Images - Resize to 130%

Layers - Merge - Visible

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Weaver

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance

Now open the tag keeped before

Copy, return to your working image, 

Edit - Paste as New Layer.

You'll have what shown bellow:

Apply the same Drop Shadow using the settings shown before.

Repeat 2 times.

Duplicate and rename as:  copia1 and copia2

Active layer copia1

Image - Rotate - Free rotate

Layers - Merge - Visible

Layer - New Raster Layer

Open the Picture Tube Tool and choose bolle, default settings.

Put some as you like, and place as you like.

Remember: for every tube one layer

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
with this settings:

Remember: You can apply the colorize in each layer, 

playing to the worth of saturation. You can go till 92.

Layer - New Raster Layer

Flood fill with the gradient

Selections - Select all

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px. Press the Delete Key

Selections - Select none

Effects - 3d Effects - Drop Shadows,  as follows:

Change Vertical and Horizontal  -1, and repeat

Add a Text if you like, and save as  .jpg
